Not quite a cellar dweller but check out WMT's (Wal-Mart) trading of late. It's in $42 range and it's easily hit $53+ recently (easy 25% potential). In addition there are many people now saying that when they push their website full force this Fall that the stock will appreciate accordingly. Not the 300% penny gainers we all like to see but you gotta play a safe one now and then! - Stroke
