Just review the filings of the public golf equip companies. Callaway, Cobra, etc. Also, the S-1s of new IPOs have lots of market data.

Locally, there isn't a decent course in the Boston area that doesn't have at least a five year wait for membership. Some of the good ones have a 20 year wait list.
