As BRCD moves higher so does ANCR.....slightly
When BRCD retraces ANCR drops ....... significantly

Given expectations, it might have taken a BRCD surge to 70 to get
ANCR over 12.

The whole point about IPO's is that they do not play on a rational
market. A 20% increase in the price of BRCD may only reflect in a
a 2% increase in ANCR.

Going forward, ANCR will have to demonstrate inroads into BRCD's
leadership position (as is widely believed). Otherwise we may have
an AOL - Compuserve situation in reverse. AOL --leader with inferior
product. Compuserve (the IPO) - good product bad marketing. When AOL took over Compuserve's decreasing subscriber base (still decreasing) the market revalued these subs by more than a factor of 10! Perception
not rational analysis is vital. I think the ANCR/BRCD situation
is different and that given additional ANCR wins, a high flying BRCD
stock will pull ANCR stock with it.
