Ross Systems Expands Distribution and Support System In Germany, Austria and Switzerland
ATLANTA, May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROSS), a leading supplier of enterprise systems and the leading supplier of ERP systems to the midtier process manufacturing market, announced today that it is expanding its presence in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. To carry out this expansion, Ross Systems has signed an agreement with Group Cimex to distribute and support Ross Systems software in these markets. In support of this agreement, Group Cimex has created a new division, Cimex Deutschland. Through its partnership with Cimex Deutschland, Ross Systems expects significant increases in total revenues from these markets over the next year.

Through Ross Systems Germany, a permanent branch based in Berlin, Ross supports multinational accounts and global projects. The agreement with Group Cimex will allow Ross to expand its coverage of the local market by increasing the number of offices and trained personnel in Western Europe. Together with Cimex Deutschland's team, Ross Systems operation in Germany will exceed 25 professionals experienced in sales, installation and support of Ross Systems' Renaissance enterprise software.
