He could be correct (I'll check it tonight), but it doesn't matter. This thing is dead meat on the side of the road, and as Fred calls it, "the gift that keeps on giving". I think it is a better short now than it was at much higher prices six months ago. The debt holders already own the assets to all intents and purposes.
