Boy, you are everywhere. You will find that Baley, which has a population of 25,000, has all the necessities to run a mining operation. Remember that they have been mining here since the late 20's and only ceased to mine in 1994. Erdenet was built in the early 80's and today is the 8th largest copper mine in the world. Again, although built to Russian standards, it was built to realtively modern standards. I hope this helps. Ross Orr
