Dollars to doughnuts we make the last arm of the third 'head and shoulders' formation since Feb.

Why would you make an arm on a head and shoulders pattern? Wouldn't it be more likely to make an anterior deltoid? Maybe a medial deltoid ... perhaps the upper biceps or triceps ... but an arm?

This type of analysis demands far more accuracy and specificity than just an arm. Why not just throw in the upper phalanges and you could call it the head and finger chart ... before you know it, charting will be reduced to just guesswork!
