I think it is incredibly irresponsible to release benchmarks when you do not know what it is you are benchmarking. Anyone with basic Windows training can run Winstone. The BIOS settings of any CPU can be adjusted to produce a performance range of 10X, and without a production BIOS and CPU, the numbers are meaningless.
