OT OK, a last word on golf. Perhaps we are not a "Golf Culture", but we are damn close in relative terms. More people play golf than hunt, yet we are called a gun culture. And football, which has become the new national pastime, lags golf by a margin of more than 3:1. And finally, I would wager that 26 million golfers here (probably more by now) easily eclipses any other country's golfing population.
