Thanks, Ed. So, we have a number of important developments (or assurrances) falling into place: 1) the metals are present in the ore in significant concentrations (Global's lab reports were correct all along - confirmed by Sabin) 2) Sabin is able to refine/assay Global's products quickly 3) Global will use both extraction methods (both are profitable) 4) production will increase shortly 5) publicity here and abroad is in progress - the brochure is ready 6) break-even may be within weeks, rather than months
My questions: 1) If we decide to ship concentrate from the L&P method - what would the refining costs be (in other words, what are the costs and benefits of Sabin's taking over extraction from the precip point, rather than Global's executing those refining steps?) 2) Are the reagents reusable? If so, what does the efficacy decrement curve look like? What are their disposal costs? 3) Are there environmental costs to dispose/reclaim tailings? 4) How do you ship a ton of a-sludge (or precip) to New York? Is the shipping cost significant? 5) Does Global have agreements on what refining costs will be? Is there room for discussion (or does Global have to submit to a "take-it-or-leave-it" proposition? Are there economies of scale? 6)Are there any outstanding permitting issues? Any anticipated? 7) What are the anticipated bottlenecks? Are water, power, labor, etc. sufficient to sustain the current plans? 8) What is the current status of planning/discussions to switch to the NASDAQ or AMEX? Have timelines/milestones been established (or discussed)? 9) Some of us have suggested the issuance of warrants for stockholders of record, or alternatively, platinum-backed bonds (or both). Has there been any discussion resulting from these suggestions, and if so, any inclinations either to accept or reject same? 10) What plans/discussions, if any, are there for future plant expansions? What would the costs be? Could the costs be met by funds raised from existing shareholders via warrants? 11) More questions as I think of them.....Dennis, can you help us out on any of these?
Say, looks like someone dumped their whole pile at market -- glad to see them get out (unless it's just the MMs locking in after buying a bunch at .22).
