The 10K was available from Edgar Access at 3:19pm. I know for a fact that there was some trading based on the 10K before the close. I have only had a chance to skim the 10K very quickly. My initial read is there is no new info regarding keepered. Seems to be same as 1/10/97 prospectus update. Bramson does mention that backlog at 12/31/96 was down to $3.4 million from $5.4 mil on 9/30/96 and $13.8 mil at 12/31/95.
