I think that Entrust is going to enter the root CA management business and compete directly against VRSN. I believe that they can do root CA management for small and medium businesses in addition to the ERP work that they do today for the very large clients. There model would become one of integration work for the large firms and outsourcing work for smaller firms that don't want to run their own CA.

I also would expect to see contract announcements to support whatever strategic initiative is being introduced. More likely that is what the market is looking forward to.

Just my thoughts, but it would give them a higher valuation (not much higher if the internet stocks have many more days like today).

Have you any other ideas?
