If the "Cox report" is accurate in it's conclusion that China has acquired the technical expertise to implement the building of a nuclear first strike ballistic capability, we should be careful about bombing any more of their embassies.

P.S. There is a very significant Asian middle class population in the greater Boston suburbs. I would bet that by November of 2000 it will have been driven into support of the democratic national candidates. They have a lot of what makes the world go round.
