When you look at a 90day chart for SCS,everything is down to the floor,it is almost oversold,momentum is way down,stochastics is almost calling for a reverse and MACD is still falling but the brakes are on...I wonder how much down does it still have to go... My bet is 1.02 is bottom,or 50% retracement from all times high of 1.80...Good luck!
