Go direct to the horses mouth. This has been an open issue for some time. Check the price of the preferred shares: another good signal or indication something is up. The convertible preferred Series A have declined just 1/4 point from their high of 7 3/4 while the common has dropped nearly a point. Market participants are expecting this to happen. I would guess the premium could be quite attractive given the way the A series is holding up. Good luck!
