I've got the numbers out of biz.yahoo.com.

Nevertheless, I'm disappointed by market's reaction. The news were great, just not sold well enough.

The announcement prepared over several weeks/months was not well prepared. Introduction too long. Everybody expected these news and hoped for more. Finally the "more" didn't come and many people were disappointed (just look to market's reaction, if companie's just meet analyst's expectations and not achieve/beat whisper numbers), because FDA approval is expected in 2 year or later.

Just imagine, what would have happened to the stock price in the following scenario, everything within 5-10 days (would have been possible):

- announcement of new financing (capco) first
- announcement of preparations/plans to get listed on NASDAQ within 12 months
- announcement of the press conference just a few days before
- the press conference with focus on the results and the great plans for further tests and expansions in Europe (EU approval is at least as difficult to get as FDA, just another market and an startup company cannot afford to test in two worlds, one after another)
- right after the press conference announcement of buy out offer from the Asian group

That would have been the big bang. I believe we would trade now above 5$.

Too sad that bad timing.
