Institutions which own NOVL's stock have a fiduciary duty to their pensioners, members, employees, etc. An institutional holder of NOVL stock needs to step forward and place an advertisement in the Wall Street Journal requesting that all institutional holders and indivdual shareholders of NOVL stock put forth a proxy to oust NOVL's Board of Directors and Officers as well.

The game is in the fourth quarter, it is fourth down and 80 yards to go for a touchdown. It is time for the Hail Mary Pass! NOVL's BOD needs to be drop-kicked through the proverbial goal post of life immediately.

Institutions hold 55%, Individual's hold 40%, and Officers and Directors hold 5% of NOVL's stock. Something is wrong with the math, when 95% of the shares owned are paying the minority 5% to successfully destroy the company.

NOVL should have been sold YESTERYEAR!

If the directors and officers are not buying NOVL's stock in the open market at these obscene prices we are in trouble, because their policy was to suspend the share repurchase program, which would lend some support to the drop int the share price. Where are the potential acquiring companies, if NOVL is under valued?

Glad you like my first posted message Steve.
