The following text can be published on the siliconinvestor site to inform
fellow
XSNI holders of the current situation.

"Lehman Brothers have been set a deadline of 18th June 1999 to present
their
strategic review outcome to the Director's of X-Stream Network Inc.
Soon after expect hard news of the IPO on Nasdaq. The IPO is not 100%
certain
to happen but I expect it to happen as early as Aug/Sept"
