Vip, Well said, and accuratelly put into perspective... Institutions hold 55%, Individual's hold 40%, and Officers and Directors hold 5% of NOVL's stock. Something is wrong with the math, when 95% of the shares owned are paying the minority 5% to successfully destroy the company. Us 95% should kick the 5%'s butts...no...nuts! Mike
