All AMZN would have to do to get a tangible book value is to sell some stock. If they sold enough stock they could get the book value up to a couple of bucks/share!

Issuing convertible stock is a lot sneakier way of getting cash though.

IMO AMZN is over-priced at anything above $20. Even at $20 AMZN has quite generous valuation ratios.
