Tinsoldier, you say your posts have nothing to do with ABMI, CLCK and OZON. Then why have you followed me around from thread to thread?
Tinsoldier, you are all bent out of shape because some people are actually ahead on their RDIM investments. Most particularly me. So what! I'm due for a decent return on an investment.
Your posts are filled with so many lies, inaccuracies, and half truths that it makes me absolutely sick.
Lets start with something that is true.
It's absolutely true that InvestRight helped to sponsor the growth of HouseHold Direct. I for one am proud of it. It's not a secret. That's what it says at the HouseHold Direct site. It also states right on the InvestRight thread that Brenda G arranges private placements. I was quite fortunate to be a part of the one she arranged for RDIM. As far as the financial details of that sponsorship no one has been more forthcoming than I have been.

You want a complete accounting and an explanation of every financial detail.

Why you think you need full reporting details from a group of investors is beyond me. You are not even willing to admit you are Melinda B.
Finally let me just state for the record that no one from InvestRight had any private placement shares at the time I referred investors to the Smilex site on the original private placement. At that point in time I was simply sharing information given to me by John Folger.
In other words there were private placement shares placed at 0.46.
As far as the other private placement details, John Folger himself, made them public back in late December along with plans to raise additional capital.
Now as to your so called rules for reporting. They are 100% correct for companies which are fully reporting. As of this date in time RDIM has yet to become fully reporting. No single InvestRight investor has owned, or will own, 10% of this company's stock. If they did I'm certain they would not be posting here.
As for me, I've taken enough of your thinly veiled threats. I have done absolutely nothing wrong. That's a long ways from what you can say when you were posting all over the internet as a paid company official.
As for the rest of your questions about who did what, said what and when, start by admitting you lied. You are Melinda B and then will air it all out while I file an SEC complaint on you.
RDIM longs... My apologies for airing this on the thread. I'm sick and tired of having to defend myself for being honest. This is an OTC BB stock. It's not a fully reporting company, yet. Every fact you have ever gotten on the float and the private placement has come from me.
That's all. Just remember do not believe a convoluted word Tinsoldier has to say. Click on her profile and you'll see her only agenda is attempting to make me squirm. Since I have done absolutely nothing wrong except lose money in ABMI, CLCK and most importantly OZON, I'm not hiding anything.
