john - please explain why DELL would build a new plant in Tenn. Because they project that they will need more capacity. But that doesn't make it so. Based on DELL's current growth they will need that and more, but just deciding to build a plant does not guarantee the growth to utilize it. I can point to any number of large companies that started major facilities expansions just as their production requirements began to shrink.
