Westview consolidation, name change to Megawheels.com Westview Multimedia Inc WMM Shares issued 3,500,000 May 21 close $1.90 Tue 25 May 99 Change Name, Roll Back Shares See Megawheels.com Inc (MGW) New Listing The company has completed the major transaction outlined in its information circular dated March 23, 1999, and approved by minority shareholders on April 28, 1999. As a result, effective at the opening of business on May 27, 1999, the company will no longer be considered a junior capital pool company. Shareholders also approved a consolidation of the company's shares on a one new share for each two old share basis and a name change of the company from Westview Multimedia Inc. to Megawheels.com Inc. The common shares of Megawheels.com will be posted for trading on the Alberta Stock Exchange in substitution of the common shares of Westview Multimedia at the opening of business on May 27, 1999.
