It means that CBQI just saved 66% dilution for nothing. Prior to Bernie's spin-offs CITX had some assets and potential (the medical internet community) of which some of these payments were electronic to CITX and CITX got about .05 per transaction GROSS as intrapay. Some of this went to Priority One which CBQI already owns. The only real part of business left after the spin-off seems to be Intrapay which is another name for the lisenced use of Priority One by CITX.

Bernie wanted CBQI because CBQ owns Priority One and the Vertical Auction platform that Bernie was putting in his news releases which he does not have. He was not the only one that wants the auction platform either. Check out the contact person for eeparts.com which is a CBQI deal after the talk of merger with CITX and before Bernie started spinning off assets.

Glenn A Norem, he is at MMAC.com and guess what mmac.com is Viewcast.com VCST. He is/was a director of Viewcast. It appears that eeparts.com is going to be his next adventure and it also appears that he has the ability to build it.

Now we also have GLP LLC which made the deal because of what CBQI has (bid4it and Priority One) They know what they can build with this which is exactly what they plan on doing. I would expect we will hear about the plans when they discuss them with the BOD just after the holiday. And from everything I can tell they have the contacts to build what they want.

NOTICE that he continued to make releases about the deal even after CBQI stopped. The deal would have been in the best interest of CITX NOT CBQI.

Look at the 10Q from today:
sec.yahoo.com
The deal for GLP LLC is there and it looks like CBQI got a much better deal here than anything Bernie was talking about.

So I can't see why anyone would want the CITX deal to go foreward at this point unless someone that was short shares planned on making some kind of deal with Bernie. Also don't forget Bernie had promised his people stock which was an incentive for his people to stick around and help build his companies.

But this is my way of looking at what I have found, if you have another take on it I would like to hear it.

:)
