If it is a physical attempt to remove him, then there are other issues at stake here. If the attempt is to shout him down, or create diversions of interest, no.
The physical act itself would probably border on censorship, but it isn't really. It IS denying a person his right to free speech, which isn't strictly censorship since Ward could go somewhere else to speak. Censorship is completely removing that right to speak anywhere. However, in an environment where he was likely invited to speak, it's really just being rude and obnoxious.
