Wally re:correction. I think the point should be made that if one is following Bob then there is a difference in an intermediate correction that is called by his model, and a 10%-20% drop that is not. A correction such as occurred in fall 1998 took place with his model continuing to suggest we were still in this bull market. On the other hand if Bob's model CALLED for an intermediate correction he would recommend severe defensive action since he has stated an intermediate correction can continue to deteriorate into a bear market call. Since his model has not made any call I assume if we had a 10%-20% correction now he would again see this in the context of a bull market correction. I would however find this a bit disconcerting considering his model obviously was deteriorating based on his comments from last weekend's show.
