No one seemed to care much about this additional offering when it hit the press. I read it, re-read it, sat on it, but since I have no position here, let it slide. But now I'm a bit curious, and wondering if anyone can clue me in as to what this statement means.... The bank said it also plans to issue $100 million of convertible subordinated notes that mature in 2004. Who gets those notes upon maturity?
