You seem kinda sore, Tony. Average down if it'll make you feel better.

I have no proof - one way or another - that any deal is in the works (except for Robert's authoritative sources). My point is that even if a deal was being discussed, I don't see any reason why the other party(ies) would even consider entering into it based on CY's presently absurd (IMO) valuation.

Let's face it: 1) They have a nondescript little piece of software that already is coming up against competitors (http://www.eduverse.com/newsreleases/05251999.html), 2) They may be making ripples in Cowtown but are nobody in a larger pond, 3) [here's the best part] they went from a cap. of $4M to $60M on the ASE - and you're not worried paying $3-$4 per share? About the only remarkable thing here is their IR/promo dept. and the never-failing-to-surprise greed of career bagholders.

To put it another way: I don't have anything against Cybersurf, their shareholders or products. I just don't think it's worth 3 bucks a share. Actually, not even one dollar. And we'll agree to disagree on that, ok?

Regards,
JK
