Frank, What's is your opinion as to the actual (financial/business) impact of delayed WTO and strained relations with the USA on XNET's expansion? My China internet index was down another 3%, but my USA internet index was down another 6% so it seems that the down turn is just a general internet slump I'm actually surprised the Chinese stocks haven't been hit harder with the raft of bad news. My last reading of the news is that congress will go along with extending NTR for another year but resumption of WTO talks may have to wait until later in the summer. Thanks for any thoughts. GR
