Retail vs. non-retail:Does anyone have a list of daytrading firms and which category they fall into? In the retail firms it's usually a 2:1 margin, you are a "client", no licensing is required. In the non-retail, the margin is 5:1, 10:1, 20:1, etc.; you are NOT a client... you are a "partner", employee, contractor, etc.; Sometimes licensing is required. Does anyone have or know of a list with this type of information?
