Derek, thank you for being willing to try again, and demonstrating that my expectations are high for a reason...If you feel like a third run at it, I would like to know what you think of the particular problems with ethnography I raised (shaman, parishioner, village atheist, lack of quantification, lack of "self- consciousness", that sort of thing). Otherwise, I think that you made about as good a defense as one could hope for in a brief space, and with reluctance to "get into it", and I am inclined to lay off of you:-)... |
