This "rain" is nothing compared to the storm facing this scam company. Check out the latest 10Q for details on how the "alternitive financing," in less then a month, will most likely result in "substantially all of the Company's assets and certain of its subsidiaries" being sold to pay off the loan sharks.

This company is a perfect example of why, I believe, there should be some kind of a test that a person must pass before they can buy stocks.
