$18 would be really a steal. Take away $7 for cash, would the market value Cube+Divi only at $11? SIGM is selling for $8 with only the decoder. Cube side should get atleast that plus a little more for their Holy Grail. Say $10. How much would the market be willing to pay for Divi? More than $1? At $24, Divi's value is right now $7. Even now, the stock is cheap. MARKET has to wake up. Cube PR should give the market the wake up call. Announce stock repurchase, pep it up with the analysts, do whatever it takes for the market to wake up and smell the coffee. This stock is damn cheap in this overvalued market.
