I'm with you, Jim. Another example of how he thinks he can get away with it. He has always hated the military (witness: Somalia) and will try to undercut it. I can't stand his sleezy ways anymore, and can only hope that Congress is wise to ALL his ways. That, and look forward to January 20, 2001.
