Bob, I worked for a brokerage house as well and I don't find it conflicting. One statement is a general disclaimer which gives the company the right to have a position if they so choose, the other statement says that they do not have a position. I think it is clear.

Didn't see the Individual Investor....but, don't imagine they know much more than the rest of us. We all appear to be in the dark about the real prospects of this company... Looks like we pay our money (or don't) and take our chances.
