Today's event is a non-event in my eyes, but it could be seen as positive by others in the market by resolving some uncertainty For those that didn't know, the factory in NI can produce a lot of basic components of the battery. It also means that someone else is willing to pay for it. It must have degree of performance for the Koreans to buy it. It may mean that IDB will release some funds, we don't know for sure. If any case, most of us know that financing is not a problem, but others may now be more convinced.

All of this is old news for many of us on the board, but since the price moved up today, others must have thought it was new news. However, the greatest uncertainty is still unresolved. Is the battery and Valence production up to snuff for someone to put the batteries into their products ? Since this is still unknown the stock price did not shoot up to 10 or more as some would have liked.

I was not buying today and am still waiting for the definitive announcement.
