I will speak when spoken to...
First Jeff, you KNOW I am not Melinda B so quit with the smokescreen. If I were Melinda B. posting under different alias' then you would have reported me to SI by now and they would have pulled my account. If, in your opinion and to your knowledge, Melinda B. has done things worth reporting to the SEC then why haven't and why didn't you do it. Do it now, I don't give a damn.
Second, show me a single post of mine on OZON or CLCK. Show me just one! Better yet and more to the point, show me some posts here (or any of your threads) prior to May 8 that indicate I was ''following you around''. My posts are very few and very far between and you know it. I gave up on your DD with ABMI after the details of that private placement, admittedly in the SEC filing, were brought to investors attention. What BS you are posting. You PM'd me in February Jeff suggesting I take a look at RDIM, remember? I responded by asking about the private placement and bringing up floorless convertibles on this thread. Remember? Want the link? You see in my opinion the only money to be made on non-reporting BB companies are by those inside the private placements. That's why information on these private placements are absolutely essential. That's why the NASD is requiring all BB stocks to become reporting this year. It's all the BS along the way I can't stand.
Now, why don't you show me one of my lies, inaccuracies and half-truths? Hey, I never claimed to be an expert and misinformed people often make mistakes out of ignorance. While I'm waiting though, how about a trip down memory lane:
Here's a Feb 12 reference to the float "I have accounted for over 1.6 million shares of the 2.5 million share float" This is after the Jan Vegas conference where Folger refers to InvestRight as a sponsoring shareholder. So where's the free-trading 2.4 million?
Message 7799344 Here's more on the float:
"Only 360,000 shares left unaccounted for in the float." "This stock is poised for a major rise."
Message 7821227
Here's one from March 6 after the stock has fallen from 1+ - ".69 is not success for any of us" Really? From .17 to .69 in a few months is not a success? I'd be happy and today you've posted you were due for a decent return on investment.

Here's one from February where I'm actually happy for you:
Message 7796504
Here's one from April 6 expressing disappointment over falling share price - "I feel like I am cursed."
Message 8736146
Yea Jeff, you go ahead and tell everyone how I'm stalking you and that I'm all bent out of shape because you have made money on RDIM and explain how cursed you are while you're at it. Personally I prefer to get bent out of shape for the people who have lost money - the naive investors who believe what they read from those they perceive to be leaders.
Now, as far as RDIM investors getting every fact on the float and private placement from you, that's my point isn't it? But why the May 8 revelation? Why did you decide then and only then to post those specifics? That's what's bothering me Jeff, nothing else. |
