Screw the lketter..call and call and call and dont stop calling then forward a copy of your complaint and finds out which NASD office handles the offic e you trade with and cxall them and dont stiop calling then send a letter to the SEC and raise all hell..till no one wants to talk to you ever again..thats whenjh you know you are getting somewhere
