Cray: Thanks, but I still have some problems. Maybe you (or anyone on the thread) can address some or all of them. Foremost, do you have any idea why the Q doesn't come up on the SEC's EDGAR database? I'm much more comfortable getting the filings directly from the SEC; that way there can't be any manipulation, and of course they're free there also. Is there some advantage in getting the form elsewhere? Second, what's a 10QSB? How is that different from a vanilla 10Q? Third, how do you get past the cover page on the FreeEDGAR site to view the whole document? And finally, thanks again, and thanks in advance for any help on the above. DJO
