Don... all the more that he never bought any MSFT stock. His cost basis is $0... this means his paper profit, which means nothing according to you, is even greater! What a shame to have an even greater paper profit! I have a good idea! Why don't we tell him to sell all of his MSFT stock tomorrow, every single share, and turn it into real cash instead of holding paper profits. Don't you think that's a good idea!
