Sorry for the delay. My aborted attempts at posting Rule 144 were an initial attempt. Insiders, investors, and other own the rest. The details of which are included in BRCDs S-1/A and are too numerous to post here. The lock up aspects are relevant to your question though and it looks like there will be 14,199,935 shares will be trading in 180 days.

A complete listing of the insiders who own the stock and the 5% owners is on page 58. Basically the executives and directors owned about 57% of shares before the IPO and 50.1% after.
