Well I finally got a warm LIVE body to answer the telephone at Rocky Mountain Spring Water company..........She was a receptionist new and did not know anything except they have around 10 people working in sales department and they wholesale water......I asked her how big the building was she said that this is just the sales department.... She said the plant is in another state...she said to call back in two weeks they where real busy with the PRTI transaction...either this is a DOG!!!!! Or its a real good company wanting to keep quite until they accumulate as many shares as possible off the open market and then start there big campaign to value there stock at a decent levels.........Here is what I,m guessing..

No News until they get control of the Stock and accumulate as much as possible at rock bottom prices,Or they can convert those 6 million preferred shares of common stock in to 60 million shares and then do a 100 to 1 reversal take all the stock off the market then issue us the shareholders the existing Rocky Mountain spring water company shares (the 49 percent) they have control and we have stock too.. And then we get MVPH through a dividend 4 million shares distributed.

If you have 10,000 shares of prti you would get 4000 shares of MVPH then you would get about 6000 shares RMSPWC. That is if my math is correct the press release dated Febuary 13th stated that prti would get 6 miliion shares and the press release stated from March 11th that prti would get 4 million shares at a guaranteed value at $3.50 a share

So then what would happen to the 10,000 shares of PRTI???
