I think you're full of it, however, if what you say is true then you can bet that I'll be one of many to begin another class action lawsuit against Ancor for being extremely reckless in their dealings, and allowing insider information leak to the public so easily. This is by no means a minor SEC violation. It doesn't make a difference if you're not bound by confidentiality, this would only help prove how reckless Ancor management is.

To everyone else, do you feel comfortable holding a stock where others can get insider info and act on it before you get a chance. Odds are you'll come out a loser every time.
