If Marty is appointed to the BOD, will he get a transportation allowance like the the big dog? Wasn't Hwang getting $5K/month for his board seat position, prior to his salary?(can't access Edgar to check) Can the company afford to pay another board member considering their cash flow? Maybe it isn't a problem, money seems to flow freely at the upper management level,just look at the CEO's salary as an example,not to mention the millions and millions of options handed out...DD
PS,,How old is Hwang? I see some promotor on the RB thread said 27-28,yet another poster posted his prior employment positions showing a VP job in 1984..Did he hold this VP position when he was 14 YO?<g>
