I visited the Arizona Department of Mines recently and yesterday talked with one of the sources for the negative and bias report on Bloomberg. Here are some facts and opinions which everyone should be made aware of:

FACT: For the last three years IPM can be classified as a scientific
research development company.

FACT: IPM could be classifed as a technology play.

FACT: IPM has met with the AZ Department of mines numerous times over the years.

FACT: IPM has been very desirable to share its work and findings in detail with the AZ Dept. of Mines over the last three years.
They have even pleaded to do so.

FACT: IPM has not shared in detail its work and findings with the AZ
Dept. of Mines over the last three years.

FACT: The reason that IPM has not shared its work and findings with the AZ Dept of Mines is because they have been told by the Department that if they do so such material becomes part of the public domain.

QUERY: Has anyone ever in their entire life heard of any technology or
research company willing to share their research and development to a governmental agency during their efforts which would then become part of the public domain??? Do these people live in the REAL world? What year is it? What planet are we on?

OPINION: Today's press release and statement to shareholders was a
masterful piece. We truly have a great management team. Can anyone believe people could make such statements without detailed knowledge of the science and technological methodologies that have occurred over the last three years?

REPORTED FACT: The principal purpose of the Arizona Department of Mines is to promote mining in the State of Arizona. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ROFL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
