Market drop and takeover targets. Remember that we are playing Tim's picks because they are takeover targets. Assuming that these companies are in or close to negotiations, the takeover price will not be affected by short term price drops. For example, if OSI is negotiating at $35, and the stock drops $1.00, we will still get $35 for each of our shares and our "profit" will be $1.00 more. That is why I am holding Tim's picks during this falling market.
