Hi Eric Appreciate the information. I agree Prior has sold us out to Riley, but that may not be all that bad. Riley just did an option placement to management at .18 I think. Historically, when RYR does this the price will increase down the road approx.1-2 months. Hopefully, the next appreciation in Riley will be due to the Prior property and we can all get out..
