David, Thanks for the thoughts. Since I can't pour a lot of money into stocks, if it doesn't fly, I only have to kick myself to Canada.
Fonr's numbers for the last five years could look better, sales are down second quarter (and 6 month) yet, income and EPS are up from negative in first quarter. In fact if the numbers are correct, an increase in net income from -2.0 in the first quarter to 6.4 in the second is a very good sign if it holds into the third quarter. I guess I am hung on this stock by ??? call it faith.
Response from "Luis" (hope thats right) states that the numbers do not look that good, and I agree, however it just feels like a company that is ready to go. And yes, The float is high.
But all of the numbers are past....So,
What's your opinion on the U.S. Court of Appeals Judgment ?
$103.mil is equal to 5 of Fonrs best year (91)
Is this a Done Deal ? What happens now ? If it is paid to Fonr, how would it show on thier income/balance sheet ? All at once, or over several years ? These are questions I'm pondering now.
