Kevin,
While I respect your investment decision I was wondering if perhaps you have talked to GLE? They wont give you specifics about a deal but im sure you'd get an interesting response if you discounted any possible Delphi deal or said to them that even if they did get one that it would be minimal. Just a suggestion.
