Nice post Glenn. FWIW, if you suppose that BKS B&M should trade at the price of BGP (i.e. no 20% preemie), and further discount (for tax and liquidity) BKS' ownership (you used 40%, take it to 50%), you come up with a value of about $29 1/4 per share. That seems pretty drastic, and we're below it. Anaxagoras
